1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of imitation jewellery and hygiene considerations, we follow a limited return policy.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. Product received is damaged, defective or incorrect
2. The issue must reported within 24 hours of delivery
3. An unboxing video is must as proof
Important Conditions
1. The product must be unused, unworn and in original packaging
2. Items showing signs of use will not be eligible for return
3. Returns without valid proof may be rejected
2. Non-Returnable Items

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable
2. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), customers must provide bank details for refund
