Shipping Policy

At Auyera, orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped across India. Delivery timelines vary by location and may be affected by courier or external delays. Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched. Accurate shipping information must be provided during checkout. In case of damaged or tampered packages, customers should avoid accepting the parcel or record an unboxing video and contact Auyera within 24 hours. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Auyera accepts returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery with a valid unboxing video. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval, while replacements are subject to product availability. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Sale items, used products, and returns without proof are not eligible for return or refund.

• Keep in airtight boxes when not in use
• After each use, gently clean your jewellery by rinsing it with normal water. Once cleaned, place it on a soft cotton cloth and allow it to air dry completely. Ensure the jewellery is fully dry before storing it. On the following day, keep it in an airtight box to protect it from moisture and maintain its shine and longevity.
